Technical Solutions to Package, Stabilize, and Protect

CGP Industries’ mission is to meet the growing demands of manufacturers in product protection, pallet stability, and supply chain efficiency.

 Flagship solutions include:

  • STABULON®: Anti-slip pallet sheets that secure loads without additional packaging.
  • STABUSTRAP®: Reusable elastic straps for pallets — a sustainable alternative to stretch wrap.
  • PACKO KRAFT®, BANDO KRAFT®, PUBLI KRAFT®: Sustainable paper-based packaging options replacing plastic in industrial, food-grade, and promotional applications.
  • Custom Coating Solutions: Custom-coated paper, film, and board with anti-slip, heat-seal, moisture-resistant, or hydrophobic properties.

With an in-house development center, CGP Industries co-creates custom packaging solutions tailored to each client’s technical, environmental, and operational requirements.

Strong Industrial Footprint: Cébazat and Parent Plants

CGP Industries operates two complementary production sites in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France, forming a core industrial hub within the CGP Group.

CGP Industries – Cébazat Site (Puy-de-Dôme)

Located in the Ladoux industrial zone (63118), the Cébazat site is historically the heart of the group’s know-how. Covering 13,000 m², it houses high-performance equipment for processing flexible substrates.

With a production capacity exceeding 30,000 tonnes per year, the Cébazat site supplies a wide range of technical products exported to over 40 countries. Over 65% of its turnover is generated internationally.

Main activities

Water-based coating on paper, plastic films and other technical substrates.

Conversion: creping, embossing, cutting, rewinding, perforating.

High-precision rotogravure and flexographic printing.

Development of technical innovations, particularly for demanding sectors like food processing and logistics.

CGP Industries – Parent Site (Puy-de-Dôme)

Located on Avenue de la Gare (63270), the Parent site specialises in producing technical films and flexible packaging. It perfectly complements the Cébazat site with specific expertise in paper and plastic transformation.

This site stands out for its ability to produce transition packaging solutions from plastic to paper, while complying with the strictest quality and safety standards.

Main activities

Polyethylene (PE) film extrusion for food, industrial and promotional sectors.

High-definition flexographic printing on paper and film.

Partial coatings for specific applications.

Paper conversion: slitting, roll production, macro- and micro-perforation, embossing, creping.
