STABUSTOP® is a high-friction anti-slip sheet placed at the bottom of pallets to secure unit loads during handling, storage, and transport.
 Its friction-coated surface increases grip between the pallet and goods, dramatically reducing the risk of load shift.
 Made from recycled paper, STABUSTOP® meets modern sustainability standards while providing a high-performance alternative to plastic-based load securing methods.

How does STABUSTOP® work?

At the pallet base

STABUSTOP® can be applied manually or automatically at the base of the pallet load. Its non-slip surface (friction coefficient > 0.6μ) keeps cargo firmly in place, while providing shock absorption and puncture resistance.
The moisture-resistant design makes it ideal for humid or refrigerated logistics environments, and its optimized load unitization ensures efficient stacking and transport. STABUSTOP® also offers seamless integration with both manual and automated palletizing lines, including the EXCALIBUR® Base Dispenser.
