How Does PACKO SMART® Work?

Pressure-sealing machine

The product is placed between coated paper or board layers, and a quick press — by hand or machine — instantly activates the seal. With no glue, no heat, and no curing time, the coating bonds only to itself and never to the product. For scalable, semi-automated implementation, the ECOLIFLEX® machine can be used to streamline the process.

Sealing can be done lengthwise or around all sides, depending on the product shape. The result is a simple, repeatable, and scalable solution for both B2B and B2C packaging operations.
