What Is the EXCALIBUR® Automatic Sheet Cutter?

Designed for all types of automated palletizing systems, EXCALIBUR® cuts slip sheets from reels in real time — no pre-cut sheets or manual handling required.

This automated sheet cutting system is modular and available in 800 mm and 1200 mm widths, making it compatible with robotic, manual, and high-speed palletizers.

Core Modules Include:

  • Cutting Head: Programmable lengths from 600 to 1220 mm, stores up to 15 formats
  • Frame: Choose Standard, GIRAFFE (for high palletizers), or BASE (for bottom sheet dispensing)
  • Conveyor: Standard, EXTENDED (for robotic layer pickers), or inclined (for base sheet ejection)

Controls: Via touchscreen HMI or integrated directly into the palletizer interface
