The Range

What is the EXCALIBUR® Automatic Sheet Cutting Machine?

Designed for all types of palletising lines, the EXCALIBUR® Automatic Sheet Cutting Machine transforms a reel of paper or film into slip sheets ready for pallet placement.

This automatic slip sheet cutting machine consists of three modules and adapts to all palletiser types—robotic, manual, or high-level layer palletisers.

EXCALIBUR® is modular and available in 800 mm and 1200 mm widths. It’s easy to integrate and includes:

  • Cutting Head: For paper or plastic film. Programmable cut length (600 to 1220 mm), up to 15 formats stored.
  • Frame: Standard, tall (GIRAFFE) for high-level palletizers, or low (BASE DISPENSER) for bottom sheets.
  • Conveyor: Standard or EXTENDED for use with layer pickers, or inclined for base dispensers.

Control via HMI or directly from the palletizer.

By eliminating the need for pallet slip sheet magazine refills, the EXCALIBUR® Automatic Sheet Cutting Machine ensures a continuous supply of sheets tailored to your production pace and materials while helping to reduce the risk of stoppages.
