More than 100 years of history…

In 2014
CGP opened sales offices in ISTANBUL (TURKEY) and SEOUL (KOREA).
The company expanded its product range with anti-corrosion papers and films.
CGP sold its MULTISAC business to SIGOPLAST.
Due to severe price degradation caused by massive imports, SOFILMA could no longer operate its extruder profitably and shut it down; only the slitter-rewinders continued, cutting externally sourced films.

In 2015, the WORMHOUT factory was permanently closed and its slitting operations transferred to the PARENT site.
The same year, CGP acquired CARCIAL, a corrugated cardboard company, and integrated it into CGP BERRY.
Also in 2015, CGP launched a digital printing operation within CGP BERRY.

In 2016, CGP sold the now-stabilised and non-strategic subsidiaries ETIQROLL and GIGAULT.

In 2017, CGP invested in a coating machine for its BROMONT plant in CANADA, scheduled to start in 2018.
CGP also opened an office in CHINA, near Shanghai. At the end of 2017, CGP ONLINE was created to manage online sales.

In 2018, CGP acquired Mexican company FORTAPACK in MONTERREY, an industrial hub in northern MEXICO, strengthening its distribution capabilities in MEXICO and CENTRAL AMERICA.
That same year, CGP converted its TURKISH sales office into a legal entity: CGP TURKEY.
