STABUDRUMS® is an anti-slip corrugated cardboard pallet base developed by CGP COATING INNOVATION to stabilise pallet loads during goods transport and container shipping.
Fully compliant with international safety standards, it ensures secure shipping while reducing the need for secondary packaging — meeting regulatory expectations and compliance requirements for the transport of goods.

The Range

What solutions does STABUDRUMS® provide?

This innovative pallet base eliminates slippage at the bottom of the load using reinforced compressed cardboard with a high-friction anti-slip coating.
It reaches a tipping angle of up to 32°, making it ideal for transporting hazardous or delicate goods such as jerrycans, drums, or fragile containers — and directly contributes to product safety and damage prevention.

How does STABUDRUMS® work?

Positioned between the pallet and the first product layer, this pallet liner creates a strong anti-slip barrier.
Its high coefficient of friction works on both wooden and plastic pallets, and it’s fully compatible with manual handling as well as automated palletising systems.

It also fits smoothly into container transport operations with specialised carriers.
