What is STABUSTRAP®?

STABUSTRAP® is an elastic pallet strapping band designed to protect fragile items without damaging them.

Unlike adhesive tape or single-use plastic wraps, it is reusable, recyclable, and easy to set up.
It replaces conventional packing material while offering better efficiency and environmental performance.

It ensures a strong hold even on fragile products, heavy items, and irregular loads, whether during internal or external transport.
The result: cleaner parcel deliveries, reduced risk of damage, and improved customer satisfaction.

STABUSTRAP® Standard

Suitable for 90% of common pallet applications: boxes, cans, bundles, and lightweight packaging materials.

STABUSTRAP® Heavy

Specially designed for heavy products or unstable loads in harsh conditions, such as metal parts or stacked goods with empty space between layers.

Flexible packaging options:

Length 1200 mm for perimeter between 2.5 and 5 metresLength 1400 mm for perimeter over 5 metres

The bands are precut and packed in a dispenser box. Custom printing options are available, ideal for retailers or shipping label integration through distribution networks.
