The STABULON® anti-slip tier sheet is designed to meet key challenges in modern logistics: product safety, waste reduction, and cost and process optimisation.
It protects your goods while improving the stability of stacked pallets. Also available as a recycled paper sheet version, it’s ideal for lightweight products and high-speed applications. A true anti-slip solution.

The Range

A recyclable, high-performance anti-slip tier sheet for palletising

STABULON® offers a complete range of grip sheets in anti-slip paper, anti-slip cardboard, solid board, and slip corrugated cardboard sheet formats.

Coated on both sides with a double side anti-slip coating, they suit all stacking configurations: column, interlocked, or in stripes.
Their high coefficient of friction ensures optimal load stability with less reliance on stretch film or shrink wrap.

These layer pads are ideal for wooden pallets and for securing raw materials or finished goods during conveying.

Made from recycled paper, these solutions are both effective and environmentally friendly

The solid board sheet coated with anti-slip treatment offers excellent rigidity and resistance. It is perfect for heavy loads requiring layer-by-layer strength and enhanced stability.
Solid board formats resist tearing, puncture, and shearing, making them suitable for internal conveying, storage, and transport systems.

The STABULON anti-slip corrugated sheet has been specially developed for uneven or fragile packaging.
The corrugated structure allows better contact with irregular surfaces. With its anti-slip coating, it prevents unwanted movement and provides added protection.

How does the STABULON® anti-slip sheet work?

  • Bottom layer: protects against humidity, rough pallet surfaces, and stabilises the first layer of products on the pallet
  • Between layers: keeps the products stable during movement or shipping, even for unstable packaging
  • Top layer: protects the final layer from damage during loading and unloading or when stacked pallets are moved
Compatible with manual, semi-automatic, and robotic palletising (high or low level), STABULON® slip pallet dividers integrate seamlessly into all internal conveying storage and fulfilment processes.
