What is ECOLOGISTIK®?

ECOLOGISTIK® is a 1 mm thick cardboard sheet designed to replace traditional wooden pallets in goods transportation. Lightweight, strong and space-saving, this solution is particularly effective in maritime transport and international flows where optimisation is key.

It is available in three versions tailored to different load types:

  • ECOLOGISTIK® LIGHT: suitable for light loads up to 800 kg
  • ECOLOGISTIK® CLASSIC: designed for standard loads up to 1.2 tonnes
  • ECOLOGISTIK® HEAVY: ideal for heavy load transport up to 1.8 tonnes

From handling small boxes to managing intensive handling and automated lines, ECOLOGISTIK® can be customised with coatings such as kraft, anti-slip or hydrophobic finishes.

Its compact design facilitates integration into modern supply chain operations while supporting companies in their environmental goals.

The Range

What problems does it solve?

ECOLOGISTIK® reduces the weight and volume of shipments, which translates into lower transport costs and fewer trucks on the road. With more efficient loading (up to +10% capacity per container), businesses can also optimise warehouse space and limit unnecessary return flows.

Unlike wooden pallets, it requires no ISPM15 treatment, making it easier to manage long-distance exports without additional regulatory barriers. It also supports more flexible and cleaner operations, particularly where real-time logistics data or digital management is required.

People often misspell it in a few surprising ways. The most common errors we see are:

– sleap sheet (confusing “slip” and “sleep”)

– slip shit (unfortunate typo!)

– slipsheet (merged version)

The correct spelling is either slip-sheet (with a hyphen) or slip sheet (without). Both are accepted in the industry.
