EXCALIBUR® is a fully automated sheet cutting machine that converts paper rolls into interleaving sheets in real time. It’s designed for use in robotic systems such as high-level palletisers, layer palletisers, and collaborative robots.

Whether installed on a new line or integrated into an existing production line, this mobile solution eliminates the need for traditional sheet magazines.

Suitable for end-of-line integration or within a robotic platform, EXCALIBUR® supports advanced automated systems while reducing space and complexity.
The machine consists of three modular components:

How does EXCALIBUR® work?

The machine offers two modes of operation to adapt to your needs:

Autonomous mode

An operator selects a format manually; the machine runs in continuous mode.

Communicating mode

EXCALIBUR® receives signals from the robotic or automated system and cuts one of 15 pre-set formats accordingly.

Commissioning is fast – typically completed in under half a day. The machine is compatible with both new lines and retrofitted production environments, even where electrical installation options are limited.
