Bioderma – Banding Paper BANDOKRAFT®

The initiative we undertook to replace plastic with a paper-based solution for grouping our products is fully aligned with our commitment to strengthening our CSR approach and reducing the environmental impact of our packaging.

Initially, our batches were secured using plastic bands. When switching to a paper solution, I had some concerns, particularly regarding the material’s durability and the increased risk of breakage during transport and handling.

Ultimately, the results have been very positive. Contrary to my expectations, switching to paper did not result in more breakage than with plastic. The solution proved to be just as reliable and effective under our operating conditions.

This experience has shown me that it is possible to combine logistical performance with environmental commitment. Choosing a paper-based grouping solution has proven to be relevant, sustainable, and perfectly suited to our needs.
