How can you prevent your palletising robot from gripping the sheets incorrectly, while at the same time allowing you to use inserts that are lighter than corrugated board? Our solution: EXCALIBUR®, the automatic machine for cutting palletising inserts from reels. EXCALIBUR® is installed in place of the traditional shop of pre-cut inserts. You cut a paper format individually, and only one format is presented to the palletising robot at a time. The gripper no longer runs the risk of dropping the format or picking up several at once. Interleaved formats are placed smoothly, with no line stoppages.
