On the occasion of Interpack 2026, CGP COATING INNOVATION was pleased to showcase several of its innovative solutions dedicated to industrial performance, automation, and logistics optimization.
This 2026 edition was marked by numerous discussions with professionals from around the world about the key challenges facing the industry: process automation, transport safety, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.
1- Excalibur and cobot: collaborative automation in action
Among the key demonstrations presented during the exhibition, our solution combining the Excalibur machine with a cobot particularly attracted visitors’ attention.
This installation highlighted the benefits of collaborative automation:
- operation optimization,
- movement precision,
- reduction of repetitive tasks,
- productivity improvement,
- production line flexibility.
The integration of the cobot with Excalibur perfectly illustrates the evolution of industrial environments toward smarter, more efficient solutions adapted to new production requirements.
2- An immersive demonstration focused on load stabilization and securing
Our cardboard demonstration truck also generated strong interest on the stand. This original setup provided a concrete way to present our load stabilization and securing solutions.
Through this educational demonstration, visitors were able to visualize the challenges related to:
- securing loads during transport,
- pallet stability,
- product protection,
- reduction of logistics risks.
This interactive approach highlighted the importance of effective load securing to ensure transport safety and preserve product integrity throughout the logistics chain.
3- A pallet-building table to illustrate real-life use cases
We also presented our pallet-building table, designed as a true demonstration tool.
Using miniature scenarios, this solution made it possible to recreate different real-life load cases and visualize the integration of our solutions in realistic logistics configurations.
This demonstration helped visitors better understand:
- load stability challenges,
- transport-related constraints,
- load optimization solutions,
- the impact of proper stabilization on logistics safety.
The miniature and educational approach particularly encouraged technical discussions with professionals attending the exhibition.
4- Packosmart & Ecoliflex: solutions focused on performance and sustainability
Interpack 2026 was also an opportunity to highlight our Packosmart and Ecoliflex solutions, designed to meet new industrial and environmental challenges.
The many discussions around these innovations confirmed the growing importance of approaches combining industrial efficiency and environmental responsibility.
